Our Leadership

At Ethnos, we believe the best way to structure a church’s leadership is to stick to God’s design for his church as closely as possible.

That’s why our church is led by a plurality of biblically-qualified men, called pastors or elders (whether staff or non-staff), who are supported by deacons and deaconesses. The elders are entrusted by the congregation to lead the church on mission with God in biblically-faithful ways. And the members of our church have the authority to govern the major affairs of the church under the ultimate authority of Jesus Christ himself.
